To be honest, I had no intention of turning our experience into a nail biting adventure, however, circumstances dictated otherwise. Staff will work to secure the best interest rate; as well as any rebates and or incentives with the dealership. If you choose, you may purchase one of their new or previously owned vehicles already available in stock. Centennial maintains a pristine warehouse full of late model, low mileage and new vechicles, that you may puruse at your leisure and then test drive the ones you like. That is how I found the vehicle I recently purchased. I spent 30 minutes sitting in nearly every model of vehicle that I was certain I wanted, only to discover it didnt fit. Finally, I found the make and model that fit "just right." Much like Goldilock's experience at the home of the three bears! Once I made my choice, my broker Sarah Brennan provided the comparison financial information for a 2025 model and their previously owned 2023 model. I chose the 2023 model. Sarah then worked with my crefit union and secured their best used car interest rate. I was explained the options available, such as an extended warranty and gap insurance, and the decision was left to me. All documents were signed in Sarah's office. I never had to set foot in a dealership. My experience and purchase with Centennial was seamless, and yours can be as well. If you're still concerned about customer service, don't be. One of the sensors on the car was discovered to not be working during the test drive. Sarah advised I drive the car for a short period, to familiarize myself with the vehicle, and in case their might any additional minor repairs needed. Bring the vehicle back to her and she'd answer and additional questions I may have, then have the repair done and provide me with a loaner. We will soon schedule that.
